What can I put on my coasters?
A name, message, or your own design. The first design includes setup and modelling; each additional design is $10. Portrait designs of pets or people add $20 per unique portrait design, not per coaster, in addition to any additional-design fees. Reusing one portrait across your set incurs the portrait charge only once. Other complex artwork is quoted before you commit.
Which woods and stains can I choose?
Maple, walnut, cherry, oak, and blends. Choose no stain, black walnut stain, or cherry stain. Every piece has its own natural grain.
Will my cup sit flat?
For photo engravings or deeper designs where a cup could tip, we use a durable epoxy to create a flat surface.
How do I care for the wood?
Apply oil to the surface, rub it in, and wipe dry.
How does delivery work?
Typical lead time is 2–3 days, with free local delivery. We’ll confirm your location and timing when finalizing the order. Larger orders need an agreed lead time.
